Job summary

HighLevel is seeking an Affiliate Payments Specialist to own the full payment lifecycle for commissions and contractual payouts across the affiliate base. You will be the primary contact for affiliates on contracts and commissions, handling various communication channels to ensure timely, accurate payments.

You will build trusted processes, audit workflows, and collaborate with Revenue Operations, Finance, and Legal to maintain one source of truth.

Qualifications

• 5+ years of related experience in commissions, partner or affiliate payouts, revenue operations, billing, or finance operations.
• Advanced proficiency in Excel or Google Sheets.
• Hands-on experience with payment or vendor management platforms such as RAMP, Bill.com, Tipalti, or similar.

Responsibilities

• Own the full payment lifecycle from signed agreement through payout for commissions and contractual payments across the affiliate base.
• Primary contact for affiliates on commission or endorsement contracts; conduct video calls, calls, texts or emails to meet them where they are.
• Build trust and ensure audits, follow-ups and new processes are implemented.
• Partner with Affiliate Managers to verify deliverable completion before each cycle.
• Provide final sign-off on payment accuracy; collaborate with Revenue Operations on calculations and data extraction.
• Own payout disputes, clawbacks, refunds, chargebacks, duplicate accounts, and self-referrals end-to-end.
• Apply affiliate program policies and collaborate with compliance teams when needed.
• Document repeatable processes; write SOPs and exception policies; automate manual work over time.
• Work cross-functionally with Affiliate, Revenue Operations, Finance, and Legal to maintain a single source of truth.
