Technology Partners is currently seeking a talented Sr. Administrative Assistant. Do you have exceptional organizational and time management capabilities to handle multiple tasks efficiently and ensure office operations run seamlessly?

What You Will Be Doing:

As the Senior Administrative Assistant, you will provide administrative support to ensure efficient day-to-day operations, including managing schedules, handling correspondence, and organizing meetings. You will serve as a central point of contact, coordinating information flow and facilitating communication within the organization.

Key Responsibilities:

  • Provide comprehensive administrative support to managers and executives, including scheduling meetings, managing calendars, and handling travel arrangements.
  • Draft, proofread, and distribute correspondence, including memos, letters, emails, and presentations.
  • Answer and direct phone calls professionally and efficiently.
  • Maintain accurate records and files, both electronic and paper-based.
  • Coordinate meetings and events, including logistics, scheduling, and attendee management.
  • Prepare expense reports and reconcile invoices.
  • Order office supplies and maintain inventory levels.
  • Provide general administrative support to visitors and clients.
  • Research and compile information as needed.
  • Assist with special projects as assigned.
  • Maintain a professional and confidential work environment.
  • Continuously seek opportunities to improve administrative processes and workflows.

Required Skills & Experience:

  • Proven experience as an Administrative Assistant or in a similar role.
  • Excellent organizational and time management skills with the ability to prioritize tasks effectively.
  • Strong written and verbal communication skills with the ability to compose professional and concise correspondence.
  • Proficiency in Microsoft Office Suite (Word, Excel, PowerPoint, Outlook).
  • Strong attention to detail and accuracy.
  • Ability to work independently and as part of a team.
  • Excellent interpersonal and customer service skills.
  • Ability to handle confidential information with discretion.

Desired Skills & Experience:

  • Experience with scheduling and travel management tools.
  • Experience in a fast-paced and dynamic environment.
  • Experience with CRM or other database systems.
  • Experience with project management software.

Pay: $18.77 - $26.81 /yr.
