Responsibilities

  • Provide advanced administrative support to executives with calendar management, scheduling travel and arranging meetings.
  • Manage calendars and coordinate scheduling across multiple executives.
  • Coordinate travel arrangements and meetings, ensuring seamless logistics.
  • Communicate effectively with the executives' organizations and clients.

Overview

Schedule: Monday-Friday; 8:30am-5:00pm onsite

Position Summary: The Senior Administrative Assistant provides an advanced level of administrative support to various executives with complex organizational responsibilities, including heavy calendar management, scheduling travel and arranging meetings. The level of support requires a good understanding of the executives' organization, along with the business knowledge to communicate and work effectively with the executive's organization and clients.

Minimum Experience

Required:

  • 3+ year's professional office experience. Advanced secretarial and administrative experience required

Preferred:

  • Meeting and event planning support preferred.
  • Experience with Microsoft Outlook Calendaring and Emails, Sharepoint and Teams
  • Professional presence and communication abilities in person, over the telephone, via email and on teams.
  • Experience with Power Automate
Education/Licensure/Certifications

Required:

  • High school graduate.

Preferred:

  • Bachelor's preferred.
Pay Scale Information

USD $52,728.00 - USD $70,304.00

The pay scale listed for this position is generally for candidates who meet the specified qualifications and requirements listed on this specific job description. Additional pay may be determined for those candidates who exceed these specified qualifications and requirements.
