The Digital Adoption Specialist - Patient Access & Revenue Cycle designs, delivers, and continuously improves learning and adoption programs for onsite, remote, and contracted team members who perform patient access and revenue cycle functions. The learner population spans ambulatory clinics and centralized operational departments, including patient service representatives and other staff responsible for scheduling, encounter creation, registration, insurance verification, authorizations, financial clearance, billing, accounts receivable, and business office activities. Working with Ambulatory Operations, Patient Access, Revenue Cycle Operations, Information Services, Finance, and other stakeholders, the specialist translates new technology, workflows, policies, and regulatory requirements into practical learning experiences that improve user proficiency, workflow adoption, and sustained performance.
