Job summary

Leoforce is seeking a Senior Accountant to support the Accounting Manager with month-end close activities, financial analysis, reconciliations, and general ledger maintenance in a growth-oriented healthcare environment. • Bachelor’s degree in Accounting, Finance, or a related field.
• CPA or equivalent certification strongly preferred.
• Minimum of 3 years of experience in an accounting role.
• Proficiency in journal entries, variance analysis, and assisting with audits.
• Strong understanding of GAAP and other applicable accounting standards and regulations.
• Excellent analytical skills with ability to analyze complex financial data and provide meaningful insight.

Responsibilities

• Oversee the month-end and quarter-end close process to ensure accurate, timely GAAP-compliant results.
• Perform monthly balance sheet account reconciliations to ensure accuracy of financial statements.
• Prepare and review monthly bank reconciliations.
• Prepare month-end accruals and supporting analyses to identify missing or misclassified expenses.
• Prepare and post journal entries to support accurate reporting under cash and accrual accounting frameworks.
• Audit and tax preparation.
• Prepare and reconcile intercompany transactions.

Job Details

The Senior Accountant will play a key role in supporting the Accounting Manager with month-end close activities, financial analysis, reconciliations, and general ledger maintenance. This role requires strong full-cycle accounting knowledge, and the ability to manage multiple priorities in a dynamic, growth-oriented healthcare environment

Essential Duties and Responsibilities
