Job Details

Salary: $75,000 - $95,000 per year

Responsibilities

1. Preparing accurate and timely monthly, quarterly, and year-end financial statements in accordance with GAAP.
2. Performing bank reconciliations, ensuring all financial transactions are accurately recorded and discrepancies are promptly resolved.
3. Generating and posting journal entries, including accruals, adjustments, and expense allocations.
4. Assisting with the development and implementation of accounting procedures by analyzing current procedures and recommending changes.
5. Providing support during internal and external audits by preparing schedules, providing documentation, and responding to auditor inquiries.
6. Reviewing and approving purchase orders, check requests, and vendor payments.
7. Collaborating with other departments to streamline accounting processes and procedures.
8. Analyzing financial data and creating financial models for decision support.
9. Keeping up-to-date with industry trends and developments to ensure compliance with all relevant regulations.

Qualifications

1. A bachelor's degree in Accounting, Finance, or a related field. A CPA or other relevant certification is preferred.
