$72,025.00/yr - $105,081.25/yr

Due to the rapid growth of our Electronic Security group, we are seeking a National Account Manager to expand our business.

This is a sales role emphasizing lead generation and relationship building. Working from your home office, you will set appointments and present our electronic security products and services to national and large regional accounts. We offer a generous base salary plus competitive commissions on product sales and recurring revenue on service packages. Our world-class staff will handle system design, allowing you to focus on sales.

Essential Functions
  • Combine a hunter’s drive to gain new accounts with strong relationship-building skills. Be highly organized, detail-oriented, with excellent presentation, communication, and interpersonal skills.
  • Manage all aspects of assigned accounts and new opportunities, maintaining sales activity and customer information using CRM.
  • Review account activities to identify challenges and opportunities.
  • Resolve operational issues with internal teams.
  • Develop and implement sales strategies to grow current customer base.
  • Collaborate with leadership to identify beyond known needs and target high-risk areas.
  • Deliver effective sales presentations to prospective customers.
  • Work with sales teams and engineers to complete site surveys for clients and prospects.
  • Build rapport with local customer contacts.
  • Serve as the single point of contact for customer needs.
  • Coordinate with internal teams to resolve issues like invoices, service, and access.
  • Lead and complete RFI and RFP processes using cross-functional resources.
  • Perform other duties as assigned.
Job Requirements
  • Minimum 5-7 years of experience in National Enterprise and Integrated Security Solutions.
  • Experience in sales and delivery of consultative service solutions.
  • Proven track record of exceeding sales quotas in similar markets.
  • Ability to network and generate leads, develop relationships, and increase sales and wallet share.
  • Strong negotiation, business acumen, and communication skills.
  • Willingness to travel up to 50% within the territory.
  • Bachelor’s degree preferred; High School diploma or GED required.
