What You'll Be Doing:

  • Executive Engagement and Building Relationships: Build and maintain trusted relationships with C-level executives and key decision-makers across top broker shops. Understand their strategic goals and how our solutions can help them achieve scale, efficiency, and competitive advantage
  • Revenue & Growth: Own and exceed revenue targets by driving adoption and expansion of our solutions within each broker partner. Design and execute account plans to grow wallet share and long-term value
  • Solution Adoption Strategy: Work cross-functionally to deploy go-to-market strategies that drive usage of our solutions by the broker shop’s loan officers, agents, and downstream users. Ensure activation and retention strategies are tailored for each unique organization
  • Serve as a strategic point of contact for clients, ensuring exceptional experience and measurable ROI. Track and optimize solution performance, broker engagement, and satisfaction metrics
  • Partner with product, marketing, customer success, and implementation teams to ensure successful delivery and communication of the value to broker partners. Provide feedback to influence roadmap and strategy that will allow for growth

Job Qualifications:

  • Bachelor's degree (or equivalent combination of education and experience) plus 7 years of direct sales experience preferred.
  • Five years of experience in sales preferably selling into the mortgage broker community driving business units in a sales role with proven track record of facilitating, negotiating and closing successful transactions for products and services in mortgage broker space.
  • Demonstrated success in engaging with and influencing C-suite executives. Skilled in value-based selling and consultative partnership development
  • Deep understanding of the mortgage broker landscape, their business models, and operational challenges. Experience selling into broker shops or other highly complex financial services channels is highly preferred
  • Results-oriented leader who thrives on accountability, KPIs, and delivering revenue. Strong pipeline management and forecasting capabilities
  • Exceptional communicator with the ability to simplify complex solutions and drive alignment across diverse stakeholder groups
  • Strong cross-functional collaborator who can lead through influence, drive internal alignment, and advocate for client needs internally
  • Strong financial acumen and ability to connect product value with desired outcomes.
  • Identifying whitespace opportunities and creating tailored solutions
  • Ability to travel

The anticipated salary range for this position in the US is $96K- $120K annual base plus uncapped commission (OTE).
