Owners can manage properties, communicate, and accept rent/dues securely on any device at any time. Tenant screening and Expense tracker for AR/AP and much more.. All easy use and built for Landlords with Landlords.

Role Description

This is a remote role for a Strategic Investment Broker and Business Development Officer at Rezedent.com. The role involves assisting with finding and securing a Strategic Investment Partner(s) financial planning, investments, brokerage, seed round, angel round, etc.

Qualifications

• Ability to build and maintain client relationships
• Excellent communication and negotiation skills
• Relevant certifications (CFA, CFP) are a plus

Duties:

• Assist CEO in first Raise (non VC or PE) Min $250k to $2m
• Network with successful entrepreneurs and ask for introductions.
• Attend startup events and pitch competitions.
• Engage with incubators or accelerators.
• Explore online angel investment networks and platforms

Compensation: 100% Commission upon close of raise. % Commission ranges from 1%-5% of the raise. Please do not inquire if looking for a retained or consulting Brokerage Fee.
