A day in the life:

At Power Digital, the Sr. Account Executive (Sales), Fusepoint role is responsible for independently driving new business sales with a personal quota, as well as owning, developing, testing and iterating the new business offering for Fusepoint specifically. The ideal candidate will exhibit strong digital marketing analytics expertise, as well as superior sales and business acumen, with proven experience selling software and/or services related to the data, marketing intelligence, advanced analytics, and/or similar.

Qualified candidates will have the ability to cultivate strategic brand-level connections, and forge relationships with key decision-makers - showing resilience and determination along the way. This role requires an individual that appreciates autonomy, has heightened critical thinking abilities, and knows the inside workings of the media measurement landscape. While this individual contributor role is focused on increasing the volume of revenue and billings for the Fusepoint offering, the candidate must show a deep knowledge of the digital marketing industry, and have the ability to articulate how our broader services can address client challenges and business objectives.

Responsibilities:

  • Become an expert in the unique value proposition of Power Digital / Fusepoint’s offering through deep partnerships with Product, Data Science, and Sales teams
  • Utilize data and technology tools to identify, pursue, engage, and connect with prospective buyers (advertisers) within our ideal client profiles
  • Drive prospective client meetings with a particular focus on providing expertise for our Fusepoint offering
  • Focus on increasing revenue and adoption of our Fusepoint offering while also acting as a connective tissue between Power teams and our advertisers
  • Reach and strive to exceed sales quotas while contributing to our team goals
  • Manage a variety of prospective advertiser accounts
  • Travel to client meetings and collaborate with colleagues, as required
  • Drive new revenue opportunities through events, networking, cold-calling, and thought leadership opportunities
  • Employ AI technologies to enhance and optimize business processes
  • Utilize and leverage Power Digital's Nova ecosystem as it relates to your department

Role Requirements:

  • Intense focus on analytics and data within the marketing function, with a growth mindset and curiosity to learn and challenge yourself
  • 5+ years of experience in analytics / big data / marketing within a marketing agency or similar environment
  • Excellent communication and collaboration skills

Key Performance Indicators (KPIs)

  • $15,000 Monthly GP Sales Quota (2+ deals / mos) from Outbound Activity
  • Run 7+ Discovery Calls/Set 7+ Discovery Calls per month (as needed to maintain sales quota)
  • Run 4+ Appraisals/Audits with internal team per month (as needed to maintain quota)
  • Win 2+ proposals per month (as needed to maintain sales quota)
  • Maintain a new business / new client AOV of $10k/mo

  • An ability and proven track record of SELLING: Being a hunter, building a book, negotiating and winning deals - and doing it with a strong sense of urgency and resilience
  • Performance measurement and ROI: Implement the right actions, behaviors, and individual KPIs and metrics to measure effectiveness and generate revenue
