Qualifikationen

• 5+ years in pharma/biotech with facilitation experience.
• 3+ years leading deliverables across a remote team.
• Strong understanding of adult learning models (ADDIE, SAM) and instructional design.
• Excellent presentation and virtual/in-person facilitation skills.

• Develop training modules on launches, regulatory updates, and FDA-aligned data.
• Facilitate national meetings, regional squad events, and director sessions.
• Create and execute compliant certification strategies across field roles.
• Provide field coaching and real-time performance support to leadership.
