Requirements include a BS/BA in a STEM field and 4+ years of relevant experience. Travel to Moorestown, Wallops Island, and Quantico may be required; active Secret clearance is required.

Qualifications

• 4+ years of experience in systems engineering.
• Experience developing and managing requirements.
• Experience with system integration and design verification.
• Experience with radar systems or sensor technologies preferred.
• Familiarity with MBSE models, simulations, and documentation traceability.
• Active Secret clearance required.

Responsibilities

• Engineering support to determine radar concepts and feasibility of integrating SPY-6 on foreign ships.
• Develop and execute systems engineering plans.
• Create and maintain system requirements, specifications, and interface documentation.
• Support system architecture, requirements decomposition, and hardware/software allocation.
• Perform modeling, simulation, and system performance analysis.
• Participate in system integration, verification, and testing activities.
• Develop test plans and analyze system performance using MATLAB and lab tools.
