Job summary

SimVentions is seeking a systems engineer to support SPY-6 radar integration for Navy programs, focusing on requirements, verification, and lifecycle traceability. The role requires active Secret clearance and a STEM degree from ABET-accredited program.

Applicants will work across government teams to analyze performance, develop architectures, and support testing with MATLAB tools. Travel and collaborative naval engagements are expected as part of the duties.

Qualifications

  • 4+ years of experience in systems engineering activities including requirements development, specification management, systems integration, and design verification.
  • Ability to develop, analyze, and maintain system requirements, interface documentation, and engineering baselines with full traceability.

Responsibilities

  • Develop and maintain system requirements, specifications, and interface documentation.
  • Support system architecture, requirements decomposition, and hardware/software allocation.
  • Perform modeling, simulation, and system performance analysis using MATLAB and other tools.
  • Participate in system integration, verification, and testing activities.
  • Develop test plans and analyze system performance.
