Qualifications

Responsibilities

• Receive service calls and review reported malfunctions.
• Perform service and repairs on sprinkler systems (wet, dry, pre-action, deluge).
• Read blueprints, specs, and manuals to diagnose issues.
• Communicate with customers and district staff to ensure satisfaction.
• Document work and obtain customer signatures electronically.
• Assist in on-call rotations and maintain inventory for timely responses.
