Job summary

Arhaus is seeking a manufacturing worker to help assemble and reinforce furniture frames at our Conover, NC plant. You will use manual and powered tools to secure springs and components, following 8-way spring methods where required.

Candidates should have manufacturing experience, with a preference for furniture manufacturing, and be able to lift up to 100 lbs, read tickets, and work with minimal supervision in a safety-focused environment.

Qualifications

• Must be able to lift up to 100 lbs and stand for long periods.
• Experience in basic woodworking and assembly is preferred.
• Ability to read order tickets and patterns.

Responsibilities

• Ties springs manually using the 8-way method.
• Secures components in the frame with hand and power tools.
• Keeps the work area clean and safe for operations.
• Performs additional duties as assigned by supervision.

POSITION DETAILS

JOB PURPOSE

Positions and secures the foundation within the furniture frame using manual and powered tools.

DUTIES AND RESPONSIBILITIES

• Tying springs together manually specific to the 8-way method.


• Secures all components into place within the frame according to specifications using manual and powered hand tools.


• Keep work area in order and maintained for safety and efficiency.


• Other duties as assigned by the Manager

WORKING CONDITIONS

Heated and cooled furniture manufacturing plant with concrete floors.

QUALIFICATIONS

MINIMUM EXPERIENCE REQUIREMENTS

Manufacturing Experience.
