Job summary

Arhaus in Conover, NC is seeking a Spring Up Utility to support the Spring Up department in a full-time, non-exempt role. Responsibilities include reading ticket orders, lifting up to 75 lbs, maintaining safety, and coordinating with supervisors and team members. Weekend availability is required.

WEEKLY HOURS Monday – Thursday 6a – 3:30p & Friday 6a – 10a. Overtime as needed

To help provide training and support functions in the spring up department.

• Perform any task assigned in the department.
• Train employees.
• Perform repair work.
• Support department supervisor and employees.

• Regular and predictable performance of job duties.

Heated and cooled furniture manufacturing plants with concrete floors.
