Job summary

Johnson & Johnson is seeking Development Engineering Co-Ops to support Global Technical Operations/Supply Chain within MedTech in Cincinnati, OH. The Spring 2027 term runs Jan–Apr 2027, full-time on-site with a hybrid schedule (3 days on-site). Three vacancies are available.

You will support endomechanical and energy projects, build tools, analyze data, and collaborate with suppliers while learning corporate processes and Credo principles.

Qualifications

• Undergraduate freshman year completion required.
• Pursuing Bachelor’s or Master’s in Mechanical, Biomedical, Electrical, Chemical, Industrial or related field.
• GPA of 3.0 or higher across college coursework.
• Must not have a conflicting Summer Internship contract.
• Must have completed at least two semesters at start of co-op.
• Student during co-op term; not graduating before April 2027.
• Evidence of leadership/participation in campus or community activities.
• Available to work full-time on-site for the duration; hybrid with 3 on-site days in Cincinnati.
• If taking classes, courses must be outside business hours (8am-5pm, M-F).
• Previous internship/Co-op in medical device industry preferred.

Responsibilities

• Collect, analyze, consolidate, and report data for supply chain projects.
• Build tools and systems to improve existing processes.
• Interact with external suppliers and lead small technical projects.
• Write and execute process development protocols and reports.
• Analyze process data using advanced analytics.
• Input manufacturing requirements to support design for manufacturability.
• Document processes for knowledge transfer and escalate issues.
• Follow all applicable laws, policies, and procedures.
• Complete required trainings within set timeframes.
• Support community Credo events and team activities.
