Johnson & Johnson is recruiting Electrical Engineering Co-ops for the Spring 2027 term in our MedTech sector, located in Cincinnati, OH. Qualifications

• Pursuing a Bachelor’s or Master’s in Electrical/Computer Engineering or related field
• Minimum two semesters completed before term starts
• GPA 3.0+ required
• Authorized to work in the US without sponsorship during term
• Experience with analog hardware, embedded systems, and lab measurements (oscilloscope, DMM)
• Programming experience in MATLAB/Python or equivalent

Responsibilities

• Contribute to development of electrical/electromechanical surgical instruments and electromechanical systems
• Perform testing, experiments, and validation to support product design
• Assist in data acquisition, analysis, troubleshooting, and prototyping hardware/software
• Contribute to circuit design, firmware/software development, and PCB fabrication
• Support in developing lab testing and interpreting results
