Job summary

United Launch Alliance is seeking a Video Editing Intern to gain hands-on experience in creative production and content management within Strategic Communications. You will edit diverse video projects, organize media, and collaborate with seasoned professionals to develop visual storytelling concepts.

You must be pursuing a relevant bachelor’s degree, able to work 10 weeks in summer 2027, and proficient in Adobe Premiere/Adobe Creative Suite. Denver, CO location is required.

Qualifications

• Currently pursuing a bachelor’s degree in film, multimedia, communications, journalism, or a related field.
• Must have completed junior year by the time of the summer internship.
• GPA 3.0+ required at the time of application; unofficial transcript may be requested.
• Must have a valid driver’s license and be able to meet transportation guidance for internship locations.
• Must be able to work full-time for a minimum of 10 weeks during the summer of 2027.
• Proficient with Adobe Premiere; experience with Adobe Creative Suite.
• Interest in rockets, science, engineering or aerospace; curiosity and enthusiasm encouraged.

Responsibilities

• Edit a wide range of video projects, including internal communications and external content such as social media videos.
• Support ingestion, organization, and archiving of video footage in a searchable media library.
• Shadow and collaborate with experienced communications and creative professionals on campaigns and storytelling concepts.
• Contribute to creative brainstorming sessions with fresh ideas and modern editing techniques.
• Learn day-to-day operations of the aerospace industry and support branding initiatives.
