Dominium is seeking a Development Intern for Spring 2027 in our Dallas regional office to support the real estate development process. You will assist with market research, financial modeling, and due diligence while collaborating with analysts and project partners to advance affordable housing projects.

The role requires pursuing a related bachelor’s degree and strong analytical and communication skills. This is a full-time on-site internship with a January to May timeframe and rolling

Qualificações

• Pursuing a bachelor’s degree in Real Estate, Finance, Accounting, Economics, Business or related field.
• Interest in real estate development or finance; affordable housing preferred.
• Strong analytical, mathematical, organizational, and problem-solving skills.
• Proficiency with Microsoft Office applications, especially Excel, Outlook, Word and PowerPoint.
• Effective written and verbal communication with team members and partners.
• Ability to manage multiple tasks, meet deadlines, and maintain accuracy and discretion.

Responsabilidades

• Support analysts, associates, developers, and project partners across the development process.
• Assist with market and acquisition analyses and financial modeling.
• Help with financing and tax credit applications, project planning and construction administration.
• Maintain construction matrices, schedules, trackers, and project milestones.
