Dominium is seeking a Development Intern for Summer 2027 at the Phoenix Regional Office. The role supports analysts and developers in market analysis, financial modeling, and project planning for affordable housing development.

On-site internship with start June 2027 and end August 2027, with rolling applications and multi-office involvement. The intern will assist with market research, financial projections, and construction administration while gaining exposure to tax credit processes and

Qualifications

• Currently pursuing a bachelor’s degree in Real Estate, Finance, Accounting, Economics, Business, or a related field.
• Demonstrates strong analytical, mathematical, organizational, and problem-solving skills.
• Proficiency in Microsoft Office applications, particularly Excel, Outlook, Word, and PowerPoint.
• Effective written and verbal communication with team members and partners.
• Organizes and prioritizes multiple assignments with attention to detail.

Responsibilities

• Conducts market research and analysis to evaluate demographic trends and rental activity.
• Prepares and updates financial models, cash flow projections for feasibility.
• Assists with evaluation of prospective acquisitions and related documents.
• Compiles documentation for financing and tax credit submissions.
• Maintains project trackers, schedules, and construction matrices.
• Reviews investment agreements and due diligence materials under supervision.
• Collaborates with team and project partners across development activities.
