Job summary
Dominium is seeking a Development Intern to support analysts, developers, and project partners through the real estate development process. The internship runs January 7, 2027 through May 21, 2027.

Qualifications
- Pursuing a bachelor's degree in Real Estate, Finance, Accounting, Economics, Business or related field.
- Interest in real estate development or finance; affordable housing is a plus.
- Strong analytical, mathematical, organizational and problem-solving skills.
- Proficiency with Microsoft Office applications, especially Excel, Outlook, Word and PowerPoint.
Responsibilities
- Supports development team throughout the real estate development process.
- Conducts market research and analyzes demographic trends and rental rates.
- Prepares and updates financial models and cash flow projections.
- Assists with acquisitions, financing applications, and tax credit submissions.
- Maintains project trackers, schedules and documentation.
