Dominium is seeking a Development Intern to support analysts, developers, and project partners through the real estate development process. The internship runs January 7, 2027 through May 21, 2027.

Qualifications

• Pursuing a bachelor's degree in Real Estate, Finance, Accounting, Economics, Business or related field.
• Interest in real estate development or finance; affordable housing is a plus.
• Strong analytical, mathematical, organizational and problem-solving skills.
• Proficiency with Microsoft Office applications, especially Excel, Outlook, Word and PowerPoint.

Responsibilities

• Supports development team throughout the real estate development process.
• Conducts market research and analyzes demographic trends and rental rates.
• Prepares and updates financial models and cash flow projections.
• Assists with acquisitions, financing applications, and tax credit submissions.
• Maintains project trackers, schedules and documentation.
