Dominium is offering a Development/Construction Finance Intern position for Summer 2027 in our Dallas Regional Office. The role supports Corporate Services with tasks including data analytics, financial statement reviews, monthly reports, and underwriting support for financing projects.

The intern will contribute to cash flow analyses, property valuations, and budget comparisons while gaining exposure to Power BI, Excel, and financial modeling within a collaborative team that serves affordable

Qualifications

• Must be pursuing or recently earned a Finance/business degree.
• Strong communication skills and ability to work with multiple teams.
• Proficient Excel skills and familiarity with data tools.

Responsibilities

• Prepare financials for monthly/quarterly reviews and budget comparisons.
• Attend and prepare for internal meetings with stakeholders.
• Create and maintain basic financial models.
• Update unit and property workbooks.
• Assist with data audits and cash flow summaries.
