Dominium is seeking a Development Intern to assist analysts, associates, developers and partners in the affordable housing development process. The role involves market research, financial modeling, and due diligence for potential acquisitions and financing applications.

The position supports the development team across planning, construction administration, and project tracking, with opportunities to learn and contribute in a mission-driven company.

Qualifications

• Currently pursuing a bachelor’s degree in Real Estate, Finance, Accounting, Economics, Business, or related field.
• Interest in real estate development or finance; affordable housing is preferred.
• Strong analytical, mathematical, organizational, and problem-solving skills.

Responsibilities

• Support market and acquisition analyses, financial modeling, financing and tax credit applications.
• Assist with project planning, construction administration, and development trackers.
• Compile documentation for financing and tax credit submissions and due diligence materials.
• Collaborate with Development team and partners to support planning and execution.
• Maintain timely attendance and perform other duties as assigned.
