Job summary

Enterprise is offering a Management Internship in the Fort Worth area to help university students build valuable business and leadership skills. You’ll gain real-world experience while working in a team-based environment and supporting customers, with placement across Fort Worth and surrounding communities.

The internship is part-time at 25 hours per week, paying $17 per hour. This program provides exposure to management tasks, customer service, and marketing strategies, with long-term career

Qualifications

• Senior enrolled in a bachelor's degree program and graduating by May 2027.
• Valid driver's license with no more than 2 moving violations and/or at-fault accidents in the past 3 years.
• No drug or alcohol related conviction on driving record in the past 5 years.
• Must be at least 18 years old.
• Authorized to work in the United States and not require work authorization sponsorship now or in the future.

Responsibilities

• Develop skills to manage a fleet of vehicles, serve customers, and build relationships.
• Complete intern projects and participate in friendly competition with peers.
• Potential for performance incentives and employee referral rewards.
• Learn in a team-based environment with peers supporting growth and fun.

This Management Trainee opportunity is located within our Fort Worth market and may support branch locations throughout Fort Worth, Burleson, Benbrook, White Settlement, Weatherford, Hudson Oaks, Granbury, Cleburne, Stephenville, Tarrant County, Parker County, Johnson County, Hood County, Erath County, and surrounding communities across the western portion of the Dallas-Fort Worth metroplex. Placement will be based on business needs and available opportunities throughout the Fort Worth region.

Responsibilities

When you join our Management Internship Program, you'll soon discover that every day is different because it is filled with new, exciting, rewarding and often unexpected opportunities. For a season, we'll put you in the middle of everything, just like our Management Trainees. We'll give you the chance to develop the skills you need to manage a fleet of vehicles, take care of customers, develop marketing strategies and build relationships with customers and coworkers.
