Job summary

Enterprise Holdings offers a paid Management Internship in the Plano area for university students to gain real-world business and leadership experience. You’ll join a team in a fast-paced, role-similar environment that emphasizes collaboration and growth.

The internship runs June 1, 2027 to August 6, 2027, at 40 hours per week and pays $17 per hour. You’ll learn to manage a fleet, serve customers, develop marketing plans, and explore long-term career opportunities with Enterprise.

Qualifications

• Rising senior enrolled full-time in a Bachelor's program, graduating May 2028.
• Authorized to work in the United States without sponsorship.
• Must be at least 18 years old.
• Valid driver's license with no more than 2 moving violations in 3 years.
• No drug or alcohol related conviction in past 5 years.

Responsibilities

• Develop skills in managing a fleet of vehicles and customer care.
• Assist in creating marketing strategies and building customer relationships.
• Complete intern projects and participate in peer competition.
• Opportunity for performance incentives and referrals.

This Management Internship opportunity is located within our Plano market and may support branch locations throughout Plano, Frisco, The Colony, Little Elm, West Collin County, and surrounding North Texas communities. Placement will be based on business needs and available opportunities throughout the market.

Responsibilities

When you join our Management Internship Program, you'll soon discover that every day is different because it is filled with new, exciting, rewarding and often unexpected opportunities. For a season, we’ll put you in the middle of everything, just like our Management Trainees. We’ll give you the chance to develop the skills you need to manage a fleet of vehicles, take care of customers, develop marketing strategies and build relationships with customers and coworkers.

During our internship, you’ll use the skills you learn to complete intern projects and engage in some friendly competition with your peers. You may also be eligible for performance incentives and employee referral rewards.
