Job summary

Enterprise offers a Management Internship in Midland, TX (79701) and the surrounding areas. It is a paid internship at $18 per hour, with a 25-hour-per-week schedule from January 4, 2027 through April 2, 2027.

As a university student, you will join a team-based environment and take on challenges alongside our first- and second-year professionals, learning what it takes to run a successful business from day one.

Qualifications

• Senior enrolled in a full-time Bachelor's degree program.
• Graduating by May 2027.
• At least three months of experience in sales, customer service, management, or leadership.
• Valid driver's license with no more than 2 moving violations in 3 years.
• No DUI/DWI in past 5 years.
• Authorized to work in the United States without sponsorship.
• Must live in Midland/Odessa, TX or surrounding area.

Responsibilities

• Develop skills to manage a fleet of vehicles, take care of customers, develop marketing strategies and build relationships with customers and coworkers.
• Complete intern projects and engage in competition with peers.

Qualifications

• Must have a minimum of three months experience in sales, customer service, management or leadership.
• Must have a valid driver's license in with no more than 2 moving violations and/or at-fault accidents on driving record in the past 3 years.
• No drug and/or alcohol-related conviction on driving record in the past 5 years (DUI/DWI).
• Must be authorized to work in the United States and not require work authorization sponsorship by our company for this position now or in the future.
