Enterprise is seeking a Management Intern for the Fort Worth region. This paid internship runs from June 1, 2027 to August 6, 2027, offering hands-on learning in business leadership within a team-based environment.

You’ll rotate through core functions, develop fleet management and customer service skills, and work on real projects alongside mentors. Candidates must be rising seniors, authorized to work in the U.S., and available for the summer term.

If you’re looking to hit the ground running, the Enterprise Management Internship will help you build valuable business and leadership skills. This Management Internship opportunity is located within our Fort Worth market and may support branch locations throughout Fort Worth, Burleson, Benbrook, White Settlement, Weatherford, Hudson Oaks, Granbury, Cleburne, Stephenville, Tarrant County, Parker County, Johnson County, Hood County, Erath County, and surrounding communities across the western portion of the Dallas-Fort Worth metroplex. Placement will be based on business needs and available opportunities throughout the Fort Worth region.

Responsibilities

When you join our Management Internship Program, you'll soon discover that every day is different because it is filled with new, exciting, rewarding and often unexpected opportunities. For a season, we’ll put you in the middle of everything, just like our Management Trainees. We’ll give you the chance to develop the skills you need to manage a fleet of vehicles, take care of customers, develop marketing strategies and build relationships with customers and coworkers.

During our internship, you’ll use the skills you learn to complete intern projects and engage in some friendly competition with your peers. You may also be eligible for performance incentives and employee referral rewards.

Qualifications

• Must be a rising Senior enrolled full-time in a bachelor's degree program and graduating by May 2028
• Must have a valid driver's license with no more than 2 moving violations and/or at-fault accidents on driving record in the past 3 years
• No drug or alcohol related conviction on driving record in the past 5 years (i.e. DWI/DUI)
• Must be at least 18 years old
• Must be authorized to work in the United States and not require work authorization sponsorship by our company for this position now or in the future
