Job summary

Enterprise’s Management Internship in the Dallas area offers a paid, full-time internship designed to build leadership and business skills. You'll work across branches in Downtown Dallas and neighboring communities, gaining hands-on experience in fleet management, customer interactions, and marketing strategies.

Starting June 1, 2027 and ending August 6, 2027, the program provides an immersive, team-based environment with opportunities for long-term careers after graduation.

Qualifications

• Rising senior enrolled full-time in a Bachelor's degree and graduating by May 2028.
• Valid driver's license with clean driving record in recent years.
• No drug or alcohol related convictions in recent years.
• At least 18 years old and authorized to work in the United States without sponsorship.
• Ability to work full-time for the internship duration in the Dallas market.

Responsibilities

• Participate in a hands-on management internship program across operations, customer service and marketing.
• Develop leadership and business skills while supporting branch teams and customers.
• Engage in projects and opportunities that mimic real Trainee/Management roles.

This Management Trainee Internship opportunity is located within our Dallas Metro market and may support branch locations throughout Downtown Dallas, Oak Lawn, Knox-Henderson, East Dallas, Mesquite, Garland, Rowlett, Rockwall, Sachse, Forney, Terrell, DeSoto, Lancaster, Cedar Hill, Waxahachie, Midlothian, Red Oak, Dallas County, Kaufman County, Ellis County, and surrounding North Texas communities. Placement will be based on business needs and available opportunities throughout the greater Dallas market

Responsibilities

When you join our Management Internship Program, you'll soon discover that every day is different because it is filled with new, exciting, rewarding and often unexpected opportunities. For a season, we’ll put you in the middle of everything, just like our Management Trainees. We’ll give you the chance to develop the skills you need to manage a fleet of vehicles, take care of customers, develop marketing strategies and build relationships with customers and coworkers.

During our internship, you’ll use the skills you learn to complete intern projects and engage in some friendly competition with your peers. You may also be eligible for performance incentives and employee referral rewards.

Qualifications

• Must be a rising Senior enrolled full-time in a Bachelor's degree program and graduating by May 2028
• Must have a valid driver's license with no more than 2 moving violations and/or at-fault accidents on driving record in the past 3 years
• No drug or alcohol related conviction on driving record in the past 5 years (i.e. DWI/DUI)
• Must be at least 18 years old
• Must be authorized to work in the United States and not require work authorization sponsorship by our company for this position now or in the future
