Job summary

Enterprise is offering a Management Internship in Lubbock, TX for a current student graduating in 2027. Interns will learn business and leadership skills, take on challenges alongside full‑time professionals, and help manage fleets, customers and marketing strategies.

Qualifications

• Senior graduating by August or December 2027 and enrolled in a full-time Bachelor's degree program
• Minimum of three months experience in sales, customer service, management or leadership
• Valid driver's license with no more than 2 moving violations and/or at-fault accidents in past 3 years
• No drug or alcohol-related conviction on driving record in past 5 years (DUI/DWI)
• Authorized to work in the United States without company sponsorship now or in the future
• Must live in Lubbock, TX or surrounding area

Responsibilities
