Job summary

Enterprise is offering a Management Internship in Fort Collins and nearby Colorado communities. This paid internship provides real-world business and leadership experience from day one.

You will work in a team-based environment alongside full-time professionals to develop management, customer service and marketing skills, with long-term career opportunities after graduation. The role includes a 40-hour work week and a pay rate of $19.50 per hour.

Qualifications

• Rising senior enrolled full-time in a bachelor’s degree program.
• Valid driver's license with no more than 2 moving violations and/or at-fault accidents in the past 3 years.
• No drug or alcohol related conviction on driving record in the past 5 years (i.e. DWI/DUI).
• Must be at least 18 years old.
• Authorized to work in the United States without sponsorship now or in the future.
• Must reside permanently in Colorado or attend college in Colorado.

Responsibilities

• Join our Management Internship Program and rotate through duties to learn fleet management and customer service.
• Collaborate with teammates to develop marketing strategies and relationships with customers and coworkers.
• Complete intern projects and participate in performance incentives and referral rewards.
• Engage in a team-based environment with support from peers and leaders.

Responsibilities

When you join our Management Internship Program, you'll soon discover that every day is different because it is filled with new, exciting, rewarding and often unexpected opportunities. For a season, we’ll put you in the middle of everything, just like our Management Trainees. We’ll give you the chance to develop the skills you need to manage a fleet of vehicles, take care of customers, develop marketing strategies and build relationships with customers and coworkers.

During our internship, you’ll use the skills you learn to complete intern projects and engage in some friendly competition with your peers. You may also be eligible for performance incentives and employee referral rewards.
