Job summary

DMR Technologies is seeking a Customer Success Manager – Spray Drones to be the primary contact for our dealer network, operators, and drone customers. You will help onboard, train, demo, support, and grow drone programs across the country.

The role combines customer success, account management, technical support, and relationship building, with travel across the United States to support dealers and customers.

Qualifications

• FAA Part 107 Remote Pilot Certificate (or willingness to obtain).
• Excellent communication and presentation skills.
• Strong relationship-building ability.
• Mechanical aptitude and willingness to learn drone technology.
• Comfortable speaking to groups and conducting demonstrations.
• Organized and self-directed.
• CRM experience.
• Valid driver's license.
• Willingness to travel.

Responsibilities

• Serve as the primary relationship manager for dealer and customer accounts.
• Onboard new agricultural equipment dealers and conduct launch meetings.
• Provide product demonstrations and train customers on drones and software.
• Be the point of contact for post-sale support and coordinate with Engineering/Operations to resolve issues.
• Travel 25–50% across the United States to support dealers and customers.
