Job summary

DMR Technologies INC in Lafayette, LA is seeking an energetic Account Manager to be the primary point of contact for a portfolio of customers after the sale. You will build relationships, guide onboarding, and coordinate solutions with cross-functional teams.

No drone experience is required—we’ll teach you the industry and help you grow in sales, customer success, and business development within a fast-growing technology company serving agriculture, energy, and public safety sectors.

Qualifications

• Recent graduate or early-career professional.
• Interest in technology and drones.
• Strong communication and relationship-building skills.
• Willingness to learn and adapt in a fast-paced startup.

Responsibilities

• Be the primary point of contact for a portfolio of customers after the sale.
• Build strong relationships with customers.
• Conduct onboarding calls with new customers.
• Answer customer questions and coordinate solutions.
• Work closely with Sales, Operations, Engineering, and Technical Support.
• Coordinate product deliveries and training.
• Identify opportunities for additional products and services.
• Help renew and grow existing customer relationships.
• Track customer activity using CRM software.
• Become a trusted advisor for your accounts.
