The Senior Drone Technician / Customer Success Manager will lead flight testing, customer support, product validation, and technical training for our commercial drone platforms, partnering with customers to ensure successful deployments and ongoing

Qualifications

FAA Part 107 Remote Pilot Certificate (Required).
3+ years of commercial drone experience preferred.
Experience operating agriculture, mapping, thermal, or inspection drones.
Strong mechanical and technical troubleshooting skills.

Responsibilities

Flight test drones to ensure quality and reliability.
Troubleshoot hardware, software, and firmware issues.
Provide technical support via phone, email, and video.
Train customers and internal employees.
Develop troubleshooting guides, SOPs, and customer support workflows.
Support product demonstrations and field testing.
Collaborate with Engineering and Operations to improve products and customer experience.
