Job summary

You will cultivate repeat clientele and act as the expert for designated brands within the store, coordinating with stylists, leadership, and vendors to deliver a premier shopping experience. Ideal candidates have at least 1 year of retail experience, excellent communication, and comfortable with POS systems and mobile devices.

Qualifications

• Minimum 1 year selling or retail experience.

Responsibilities

• Provide an exceptional customer experience by prioritizing the customer.
• Greet customers, make product recommendations, and upsell.
• Serve as a liaison between vendors, stylists, and store leadership.

• Create and implement best practices to drive sales and gross margin.
• Build brand-specific clientele to support local marketing.
• Plan and lead vendor-sponsored events to meet sales goals.
• Operate Macy's POS systems and devices to close sales in a friendly manner.
