Qualifications

• Must be 19 years of age or older.
• Proficient in English verbal and written.
• 1+ years of gaming or sportsbook experience preferred.
• Able to oversee operations across varied hours, including weekends and holidays.
• Strong decision-making and problem-solving skills.
• Excellent interpersonal communication and relationship management.

Responsibilities

• Oversee day-to-day sportsbook operations and guest service delivery.
• Support Sportsbook Manager/Director in coaching and development of team members.
• Ensure regulatory compliance and adherence to cash handling procedures and internal controls.
• Lead by example as a hands-on leader to drive efficiency and guest satisfaction.
