Job summary

Vertical Insure is seeking an Account Manager - Growth Vertical to scale our partner program in Travel Insurance. You will own the partner relationship, drive adoption of embedded insurance, and help partners grow revenue through strategic account planning.

In this role you will lead business reviews, collaborate across product, ops, and marketing, and use data to forecast expansion opportunities and prioritize initiatives that improve net revenue retention.

Qualifications

• 5+ years in account management, customer success, or B2B sales, preferably SaaS/fintech/insurtech.
• Proven ability to retain and grow revenue-bearing customer/partner accounts.
• Experience meeting/exceeding NRR, expansion, or retention targets.

Responsibilities

• Own relationships for an assigned portfolio of partner accounts in Travel Insurance.
• Build deep relationships with key stakeholders and champion partner needs.
• Lead quarterly and annual business reviews with partner stakeholders.
• Identify expansion opportunities and drive net revenue retention and expansion ARR.
