Job summary

The Tri-City Dust Devils are seeking a results-driven Account Executive to join their dynamic Ticket Sales Team in Pasco, WA. You will build relationships, generate new business, and provide outstanding customer service to fans to ensure retention and a positive brand experience.

Represent the organization professionally, prospect actively, and collaborate with sales and marketing to create compelling programs while meeting personal sales goals and maintaining CRM records.

Qualifications

• Bachelor's Degree or equivalent work experience.
• Minimum of 6 months of sales or customer service experience.
• Proven sales track record in building relationships, preferably in sports.
• Friendly and professional telephone manner.
• Willing to learn about the business and grow professionally.
• Ability to express ideas clearly verbally and in writing.

Responsibilities

• Represent the organization with the utmost professionalism in the community.
• Generate new business by prospecting, cold calling, appointments, stadium tours, and attending networking/community events.
• Renew all group, hospitality, and season ticket members.
• Work closely with sales and marketing departments to develop compelling sales programs and components focused on long-term business sustainability.
• Maintain a database of contacts and sales progression using Tickets.com.
• Meet and/or exceed personal sales goals.
• Meet and/or exceed daily and weekly outbound call/appointment minimums.
• Contribute to overall operation by 'answering the call' when assistance is needed in another area of our operation.
