Job summary

Rally House is seeking an Assistant Coach to support the Store Manager in delivering exceptional customer experiences and driving store results. You will oversee daily operations, train and coach team members, and ensure standards are consistently met across all shifts.

You will partner with the Head Coach to recruit and onboard staff, manage performance, and maintain a guest‑centric environment. This role requires strong leadership, communication, and adaptability in a fast-paced sports retail
