• Previous retail, customer service, or hospitality experience preferred.
• Ability to work a flexible schedule, including evenings, weekends, holidays, home games, and special events.
• Reliable attendance and punctuality.

• Ability to work effectively in a fast-paced, team-oriented environment.

Responsibilities

• Greet fans and assist with shopping needs to provide an enjoyable experience.
• Make recommendations based on observations and conversations with fans.
• Help execute a brand connection by ensuring fans have a top-notch shopping experience.
• Maintain the sales floor and stockroom standards with attention to detail.
• Process sales transactions via the Fanatics POS system.
• Represent the Fanatics brand professionally and support management as needed.
