Fanatics Commerce is seeking a Retail Associate to deliver standout fan experiences during home games and events. You will greet fans, recommend products, complete sales transactions, and help maintain a welcoming, well-stocked sales floor.

This role requires a flexible schedule, reliable attendance, and strong communication in a fast-paced team. A high school diploma or equivalent is preferred, with prior retail or hospitality experience a plus.

Qualifications

• Must be at least 18 years of age.
• Retail, customer service, or hospitality experience preferred.
• Ability to work evenings, weekends, holidays, and game days.
• Reliable attendance and punctuality.
• Strong communication, interpersonal, and teamwork skills.
• Ability to stand, walk, and lift merchandise up to 25 pounds.

Responsibilities

• Greet fans and answer questions to enhance shopping experience.
• Make product recommendations based on conversations.
• Process sales transactions using the Fanatics POS system.
• Maintain a clean, organized sales floor and stockroom.
• Contribute to a brand-positive fan experience during events.
