Job summary

Fanatics Commerce is seeking a Retail Associate to deliver an exceptional shopping experience during home games and events. You will greet fans, recommend products, process sales on the Fanatics POS, and maintain store standards with a focus on teamwork and guest satisfaction.

Flexibility to work evenings, weekends, holidays, and events is required; retail or customer service experience is preferred. Base pay ranges from $15 to $26 per hour in USD, with benefits described on our site.

Qualifications

• Must be at least 18 years of age.
• Previous retail or customer service experience preferred.
• Ability to work a flexible schedule including evenings, weekends, holidays, home games, and events.
• Reliable attendance and punctuality.
• Strong communication and teamwork skills.
• Ability to stand, walk, and lift merchandise up to 25 pounds.
