Qualifications

• Bachelor's degree or equivalent experience.
• Minimum 2 years sales experience in medical device industry preferred.
• Healthcare industry experience, specifically selling orthopedic products, is preferred.
• Proven track record selling/converting business at the surgeon or hospital level.
• Experience leading/mentoring team members and new sales representatives.

Responsibilities

• Assist in providing clinical case coverage in the operating room and consult the surgical team.
• Secure inventory for cases and coordinate logistical requirements.
• Collaborate with territory sales reps, surgeons, hospital staff and clinicians to drive revenue and meet quotas.
