Smith+Naphew's Associate Sales Representative (Boulder, CO) is a product consultant in the Sports Medicine portfolio, specializing in soft tissue repair and degenerative conditions of the shoulder, knee, hip, and small joints.

You will collaborate with a sales team, hospital accounts, and surgeons to deliver data-driven solutions, secure instrument availability, and support in operating room cases while learning advanced surgical tech knowledge and building strong customer relationships.

Qualifications

• Minimum two years sales experience in medical device industry preferred.
• Proven track record selling to surgeons or hospital level.
• Experience mentoring team members and new sales reps.

Responsibilities

• Support in operating room coverage and assist in providing clinical case coverage.
• Secure inventory for surgical cases and coordinate with OR staff.
• Consult surgical teams on Smith+Naphew instrumentation and implants.
• Develop territory business plans to generate revenue and meet quotas.
