Job summary

Smith+Nebhew is seeking an Associate Sales Representative in Boulder, CO to become a technical expert in the Sports Medicine portfolio, focusing on soft tissue repair and shoulder/knee degenerative conditions. You will work with hospital teams, assist in operating room cases, and ensure instrumentation and implants are available for procedures.

The role requires building strong relationships with surgeons and hospital staff, developing a territory plan, and staying current with training to drive

Qualifications

Two years of sales experience in the medical device industry preferred.
Proven track record selling to surgeons or hospital staff.
Ability to mentor and lead junior sales representatives.
Willingness to travel 2–4 overnights per month.

Responsibilities

Serve as a product consultant for Sports Medicine in the assigned territory.
Assist in operating room case coverage and ensure instrument and implant availability.
Collaborate with surgeons, hospital staff, and administrative teams to drive outcomes.
Develop and execute a territory business plan to generate revenue and meet quotas.
