Dignity Health Mercy Gilbert Medical Center in Gilbert, AZ is seeking a Residency Program Coordinator for the Sports Medicine Fellowship to support the residency program and enhance the resident experience. Qualifications

• High School Diploma or equivalent.
• Five years of relevant experience.
• Bachelor's degree in related field preferred.

Responsibilities

• Collaborates with Program Director and faculty in curriculum development.
• Serves as program liaison for residents and connects with GME resources.
• Acts as the program’s main liaison for internal and external stakeholders.
• Develops agendas, takes minutes, and implements actions for residency committees (CCC, PEC).
• Oversees residency program budget and participates in annual program evaluation submissions to the GME office.
• Reviews and updates program-specific policies and maintains program files.
• Compiles data and prepares reports for the Program Director, GME office, accrediting bodies, etc.
• Manages the training year life cycle from recruitment to graduation for each trainee.
• Assists with training schedule modifications as needed.
• Tracks resident procedure logs, conference attendance, and faculty activities.
