Job summary

Mercyhealth is seeking an Education Coordinator to support the Fellowship curriculum, Grand Rounds, and rotation scheduling while ensuring ACGME requirements are met. The role provides policy guidance to residents and fellows and supports program evaluations and accreditation activities.

You will assist in recruitment, contribute to quality improvement efforts, and help maintain compliant duty hours. The position emphasizes attention to detail, multi-tasking, and teamwork within Mercyhealth’s

Qualifications

• Bachelor’s degree preferred.
• Experience working in a Graduate Medical Education environment preferred.

Responsibilities

• Coordinate educational activities supporting the Fellowship curriculum and ensure ACGME requirements.
• Guide residents/fellows on program and GME policies; coordinate rotation, clinic and call schedules; assist with evaluations and accreditation activities.
• Support fellowship duty hour reports and reporting compliance; assist with IM Residency activities; support program quality improvement.

Education

Bachelor’s Degree Preferred

Experience in Graduate Medical Education environment preferred
