• Compiles data/documentation and distributes reports; completes department charge reconciliations.
• Prepares outgoing communications; ensures written material is clear, proofread, and approved before distribution.
• Coordinates schedules, conferences, and meetings; handles travel arrangements and reimbursements.
• Maintains files and databases; assists with employee records for evaluations.
• Provides excellent customer service to internal and external customers.
• Answers calls, transfers to the right contact, and handles mail/packages and supplies.
