Qualifications

• Associate's degree in business, human relations, related field, or equivalent experience.
• Three years of related experience.
• Excellent verbal and written communication; strong organization and multi-tasking abilities.

Responsibilities

• Coordinate operations of the residency and/or fellowship program, supporting GME and ACGME requirements.
• Liaise with external regulatory agencies; update policies in line with accrediting standards.
• Schedule educational sessions and manage medical records, risk, HR, and occupational health coordination.
• Maintain residency/fellowship databases and assist in budget development and monitoring.
• Keep current with accreditation and board requirements for medical students, residents, clerkships, and/or fellowships.
• Assist in resident recruitment, process applications, and schedule interviews for potential residents.
• Build relationships with program directors, staff, faculty and residents; respond to inquiries and provide solutions.
