You will shape curriculum, advance faculty development, mentor residents and medical students, and oversee a growing program with protected administrative time and dedicated GME support.

Qualifications

• Board Certified Internal Medicine; subspecialty certification welcome.
• Demonstrated success in medical education, mentorship, faculty development, and scholarly activity.

Responsibilities

• Lead curriculum development, faculty advancement, and program growth.
• Teach and mentor residents and medical students.
• Open to ambulatory, hospitalist, or subspecialty clinical practice.
• Oversee 18 IM residents (6 per year) + 4 transitional interns.
• Provide generous protected administrative time with dedicated GME support.
